Key accomplishments

ROCKHILL HS - 2024 - FOOTBALL / BASKETBALL / TRACK: My name is Ben Rosa I am a football player who has been a part of the varsity team at Rock Hill High School since my sophomore year. This past season, I was named 1st Team All-Academic and 2nd Team All district in district 5-6A.I’ve been playing football for well over a decade and am versed on all positions on the offensive and defensive line. I also have years of experience playing basketball for my former school Leadership Prep School where I finished as a state runner up. I have experience in every basketball position. I mainly played the center and power forward positions but have also handled the ball as a guard too. While the awards and wins were always great, the thing that’s stuck with me the most are the lessons coaches have taught me, which is why I am dedicated to not only improving your child’s skills but also developing a relationship with them. I have been personally trained for several years, and am excited to bring the knowledge I’ve gained to training other kids. When I’m not on the court or field, you'll find me trying some new foods or playing some video games.
